BOOKING CONDITIONS

Carefully read the general booking conditions, cancellation policies and other obligations valid from February 2008.
Danny Van Belle Co.. Ltd. reserves the right to modify previously published prices without notice. National park fee, port and visa fees are subject to increases and / or are due to governmental decisions. These increases are beyond the control of Danny Belle Co. Ltd..
They are payable locally.
Included in the price of liveaboard trips:
Transfer from hotel / airport to the boat only departure from the dive trip and transfer to hotel / airport on return date of the dive trip. On board, all meals and snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks (sometimes limited to) and drinking water, 12l air cylinders, weight belts and dive with dive master or instructor.
Not included in the price of liveaboard trips are:
National park fees and visa charges. Any camera and video camera fees that are charged in some protected parks (eg Komodo National Park). The hiring of diving equipment, renting 15l air bottles, Nitrox, courses and alcoholic beverages on board. All transfers to hotel, airport, boat, etc ... outside the official starting date of the dive trip. If pick-up from airport to airport or transportation is needed than can be provided on request subject to the necessary costs.
Diving day trips depending on location and price can only include diving and / or soft drinks and lunch sometimes have.

Valid for all areas:
Please diving certification and dive medical insurance to put on departure date. At check-in all guests will also form a "liability exemption" must be completed. Make sure your scuba certification in hand to have.
Advances, payments, cancellations
Advances and payments
Deposit: 30% within 7 days after booking. Full payment at least 90 days before departure date or by written agreement. Last minute bookings full payment within 24hr after booking or before the departure of the dive trip if booked on the day of departure.
Bookings made through travel agents are subject to the terms established by the travel agent.
Cancellations:
The advance refunding of 30% is approx.
Cancellation more than 90 days before departure date: Paid amount minus the 30% deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 90 days before departure date: No refund of amounts paid.
Danny Van Belle Co. Ltd.. makes no refunds in case of cancellation of personal injury, airplane delay, mechanical failure, impotence due to weather, illness, strikes, war situations, criminal attacks, quarantine, as a guest a direct evacuation needs, and the boat must return to port or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Guests are advised to valid dive insurance, travel insurance and cancellation insurance voorzien.Wees in any case prepared for ... ... ... ... ... ... .. super great diving and a perfect service.
